Color Blind Procedure

Hello,

Does anyone have a procedure in place addressing what testing cannot be performed by color blind employees?  This is something that has come up, and we don't have anything formal written. Would anyone be willing to share what your facility uses?

This is what we have. It's stated at the top about excluding personnel from performing 

We have this in a policy:  Personnel performing POC testing receive Visual Color Discrimination Testing upon hire via Employee Health.  If necessary, Functional Vision Testing will be performed by the POC Dept. during training and documented on the checklist.
