CoagSense Operator List

Hello! We recently connected our CoagSense instruments to Telcor, and I have been running into issues with operators who were once on the operator list all of a sudden being removed. I checked their testing privileges and certifications, and everything looks good there, but they still are unable to login. Has anyone else had this issue? The only way I have been able to give them access is by manually adding them on the instrument.
Thank you!
Thank you!

We had to change the time interval that Telcor sends the operator list to the devices. It was not collecting all the data sent and therefore, dropping operators.
We changed from every ten minutes (like all other devices) to 12 hours. For this testing, we aren't updating access often so it works for us.
1. We are sending Operator List in batches of 4 operators at a time instead of 10 at a time. We noticed when looking at packet capture logs that the operator list message was getting fragmented in transmission. Our hope is that by sending three smaller messages, the operator list will send without fragmentation.
2. The workaround is to go into Telcor(QML) and slightly modify the operator profiles => add or subtract a middle initial…. This should force an immediate exchange of operator information back from the Telcor database down to the device.
Hope this helps.
