Nova Statstrip Lactate Strips

I am validating a new lot of lactate strips, which includes, linearity and patient correlations to main chemistry analyzer.  Has anyone ever had an issue with a lot of strips that didn't pass linearity? The new lot will not pass linearity. I have opened a ticket with Nova, but I wanted to see if anyone else is having issues.  I use the same linearity material on the current lot of strips, and it passes with flying colors. I am using the Nova linearity material, which was brand new and freshly opened.
