MediaLab for Waived Competencies

Good morning,

Does anyone use MediaLab for waived competency assessments for point of care users?  Which two elements of competency do you use? Do you have superusers on each unit that have access?  We currently use MediaLab to manage competencies for our lab staff only but are looking to understand how it can potentially be used for point of care.

Thanks!

I use it for waived competencies. I have it setup so that staff review the procedure, and take a quiz. I then have an "Activity recorded by admin" called Completion of a Quality Control, Blind Sample, or Direct Observation. An admin is able to record which item they performed.

One of the sites in our system does for non-waived. We have hundreds of waived users, and more at other sites, so I don't think it would be feasible. I am also curious in exploring this for my non-waived users.

For two elements - our system policy says it can be any two. We use performing QC and quiz. We monitor QC ran on RALS and quiz we use the same kind of thing where they review points and then take a quiz.
