I just want to know what others are doing when they get a replacement instrument.
We have two istat and one of them got replaced due to malfunction.
Our policy does not clearly state what need to be done in case of replacements.
Thinking of running simulator, QC, cal/verification and 5 patient samples on the new and the second istat.
Is there anything else i should add/do?
