e-LBB Errors on Brand New Accu-Chek Inform II Meters

Is anyone else noticing an uptick in e-LBB errors in new Accu-Chek Inform II meters? I had a meter brought to me today for an e-LBB error that wouldn't clear. I just put the meter into service last Thursday. Thanks in advance :)

We have had a huge uptick in these! Try changing the battery and see if it resolves. It worked for 2 out of 3 meters for me.
