AVOX 1000E to Lantronix Issue

Hello Team,
Has anyone ever set up an AVOX to a Lantronix Device. The Lantronix is connected to port and has activity but the null modem from AVOX to Lantronix does not show connection. We are using a null modem cable (2 pin female ends) and have not been able to fix the connection issue. Any advice? This is a brand new lantronix with new cables.

We have our Avox set up with a serial lantronix box interfacing to Telcor.
Have you checked your remote port settings and your baud rate setting?
At our facility the remote port is 11900 and the Baud rate is set to 9600.
Not sure if this is global or not.
