I wanted to ask if it’s necessary to create a. Policy for IQCP? I did an excel for Iqcp defined all important aspects but our cap inspection consultant said there’s is should be a policy explaining purpose, applicability , statment and procedure

It doesn't have to be extensive. It can be generic and can easily be generated using chatgpt or another AI service.
