Point of Care Middleware

Hi Perdina. We use Telcor in our facility for most of our POC devices. For our EPOCs, we do utilize Siemen's EDM middleware but outside of that, everything is done in Telcor. We have found them very easy to work with and the tech support is great. 

We use UniPOC. Minimal complaints and easy to navigate.

Hello - we are a large health system that has used Telcor for 25-30 years - they have been superb in both project management and support.  

As a side note, we also used UniPOC for glucose meter management in addition to Telcor but have recently decided to d/c as Telcor is able to accommodate everything we formerly obtained from UniPOC.

We use Telcor QML for everything (i-STAT, epoc, GeneXpert Xpress, Nova StatStrip), and I'd recommend it. We have very few issues. All the Telcor project analysts and tech support reps I've worked with have been very competent and helpful.

Telcor QML,  A system that is not owned or influenced by any POC analyzer vendor.  It's in Telcor's own interests to include as many different potential systems to interface to it as possible and therefore will not try to influence you in what system you choose to use.

We also have used Telcor for 25+ years.  I love their support and the system itself is easy to use.  We have all our interfaced and non-interfaced instruments and manual tests going through QML.
