Favorite POC data management system?

Doing a quick poll, what is your favorite data management system for point of care?

Personally, I have experience with UniPOC and Telcor QML, but I know there are several others on the market (i.e. POCcelerator, RALS). Unipoc was decent, but I find QML to be clunky and hard to navigate. My medical director has asked if QML is the best data management system out there or if there may be something more efficient and easier to use.

Tell me your favorite(s) and the pros/cons!

I like Telcor QML. What it lacks in curb appeal, they make up for in customer service. I've seen others that are prettier but lacked the technical support to keep them operational long term. I always feel like Telcor has my back, even when the issue is with the device vendor or my own IT department.

Cons: it could look more modern and have quick buttons for most common activities
Pros: it works, very well. Their customer support is second to none.

Another vote for TELCOR. We moved from RALS to TELCOR a few years ago and it's worked well for us. The interface may not be the most modern i agreed but it's reliable and their customer support has been excellent. Their team is always responsive and helpful when issues come up. For a large POC program, that's been more important to me than having a flashy interface.
