Blood gas syringe back order - pediatrics/NICU

Hi everyone, just checking in on any creative solutions for the blood gas syringe back order for pediatrics and NICU.  We were using the ICU medical 1 mL syringes, but they seem to still be on back order.  We frequently need to pull from an arterial line in the NICU and the LineDraw 1ml syringes have been working so well with 0.3 mLs.  We haven't been able to draw that small of a volume with any of the alternative syringes.  Any great solutions out there?

We went with the icu medical portex line draw 3 mL syringes until the backorder is resolved.

Hi Danielle,

Radiometer has 0.3 to 1.5ml syringes that you could try.
