Hi all! We have 6 TEG 6S instruments there were recently implemented. We are trying to figure out the best way to perform instrument to instrument on each instrument for each cartridge being used. Any insight would be appreciated.
QC can be used for instrument to instrument comparison but patient blood is always preferrable. if you document in your policy or documentation the reasoning of the limitation and your lab director approves. I think that should be sufficient.
