LeadCare II sample collection

We are bringing lead testing in house using LeadCare II . Do you all find collecting the sample to be straightforward? I have my reservations, as staff have struggle collecting 40 uL of blood for a cholesterol test, and this test takes 50uL from a child.
Would anyone be willing to share a copy of their LeadCare II procedure? The manufacturer sent the product inserts in PDF format and I find it nearly impossible to edit PDF files.

Another issue we found was that we were getting a lot of high results. Further investigation found that there is lead in our hand soap! Per the state of Michigan it is OK to use alcohol prep pads for cleansing the finger.
