Labeling of POCT samples and devices

I am curious about how everyone labels point-of-care testing (POCT) devices like Strep A strips, hCG cassettes, and collection devices such as swabs.
Do you use hand-written labels or printer generated labels? Do you label the swabs as well as the devices?
Thank you in advance for the feedback.

Hi, we require that every step of the testing process be identified with at least 2 patient identifiers using a printer generated patient's label. Example urine cup and Urine HCG cassette both with a patients' label on them. Strep swabs and strep kit test tubes both require a label.
