If your facility uses RALS, and has already transtitioned to the refreshed CoaguChek XS Plus meter, I would appreciate your feedback on the following:

- Do you currently have both the original and refreshed meters in use? If so, are there any problems/concerns?
- How smooth was the transition to the refreshed meter, particularly with RALS connectivity and interfacing to you EMR?
Thanks so much for sharing your experience and any advice you might have for our transition.
