Patient Result Print Out Record Retention

Hello! 
My clinics are switching analyzers for UA and Strep A testing. These test systems will provide a patient print out of results. What are other places doing for keeping these print outs for the 2 year period? We were thinking of a sheet that they would tape the print out to and scan so we would have copies as well as the original print outs. If anyone has any better ideas please let me know. I have about 40 clinics that would be impacted.
