Procedures for Waived Testing

: "Has anyone written procedures for waived testing for inpatient and well as clinic use? I realize the package inserts are to be followed but the lab director wants lab policies for each test method. Do you follow NCCLS format? Do you break it out to follow the insert (which doesn't necessarily follow NCCLS), do you have separate procedures for QC..."
