Clinitek Status users- 'Insufficient Sample Errors"- what are you seeing
HI again all,
After using the Clinitek Status instruments in multiple locations for use, with a fairly good track record, we have started to see a dramatic increase in the number of times we are seeing the 'Insufficient Sample" error come across necessitating retesting and therefore increased consumption of the Clinitest cassettes- kching$$$, kching$$$.
I do know that when receiving this error in the past, I could associate it with an over filling of the cassette...
