Non PPM microscopic tests
: "I have a provider who is using the microscope for looking at prostate fluid (Not semen present/absent). My understanding is that this is a high complexity test? Or would it still be moderate? Are the listed PPM tests the only ones considered moderate? Does anyone have any suggestions or guidance? How is the test competency handled differently if..."
