POC critical values
: "If I have a result that is either above or below the reportable range. How do I need to report the results? greater or lower than and document with date, time and the person I gave the result? We also, send the specimen to the lab for confirmation.
We only have critical values for Na, K, glu, Ph, TCo2 and HCT.
