Clinitek hCG QC Error Codes

Hello everyone!

For our hCG Clinitests, we use the Siemens Chex-Stix and have been getting numerous Error 67 codes on the negative controls only. We need to run it a handful of times before it eventually passes. I have cleaned the instrument as per manufacturer guidelines and pipette the correct amount. I ordered a different QC from Cardinal Health and the same error keeps coming up across all of our instruments using differen...
