AVOX 1000E to Lantronix Issue

Hello Team,
Has anyone ever set up an AVOX to a Lantronix Device. The Lantronix is connected to port and has activity but the null modem from AVOX to Lantronix does not show connection. We are using a null modem cable (2 pin female ends) and have not been able to fix the connection issue. Any advice? This is a brand new lantronix with new cables.

Said: We did suppress or turn off any testing. We notified units that the capillary tests are no longer available and we monitor closely. Any testing that does occur gets documented and reviewed by our medical director.
