Afinion A1C linearity
Those that use the Abbott Afinion 2 analyzer for A1C testing - are you reporting patient results as <4.0% and >15.0% ? Or are you NOT reporting those into your EMR and having the patient get a venous A1C done in a clinical laboratory instead? For a lower software version the device gives an information (error) code which makes me think that the result isn't valid.
